RADIOLOGY & IMAGING

Overview

Radiology is a branch of medicine that uses ionizing and nonionizing radiation such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound for the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions.

The department has a full complement of modern imaging systems including digital radiography, USG, CT and MRI. The department is committed to provide advanced imaging and image-guided diagnostics as well as therapeutic interventional services to meet the health care needs of patients.

Goals

  • To engage in high quality research
  • Deliver the best possible training in Radiology to the medical students.
  • To offer the best imaging services to the patients at affordable costs
